We believe that there is no substitute for classic marketing and business skills. The key word here is business and how we apply the skills and talent to integrate with your brand, the way you do business, where you are in your brand's development. Social media must fit into your business, not the other way around.

The danger in the current climate is to see social media as a great panacea. Too many are urging brands to jettison best business practice and rigour.
